Are the prices fixed or subject to change?

All prices are fixed at the time of booking. The amount shown during checkout is exactly what you will be charged. There are no extra fees for luggage, fuel, tolls, or flight delays.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 12–24 hours in advance for most transfers. For peak periods, school holidays, and special events like WEF Davos or major trade fairs, earlier booking is advisable. Last-minute bookings may be possible — call us to check availability.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

When is payment taken?

Payment can be made at the time of booking by card or on the day of travel in cash. Please indicate your preferred method during the booking process.

My card was declined. What should I do?

The most common reasons for a declined payment are security blocks, insufficient funds, or daily spending limits. Try a different card or contact your bank. If the problem persists, call our customer service team and we will find a solution.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the designated field during the final step of the booking process. The price will update automatically. If you encounter any issues, contact our team.

Airport TransfersHow will I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a clearly visible name board with your name. You will also receive the driver's name, photo, and mobile number in your booking confirmation so you can contact them directly if needed.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly. You will not be charged waiting fees for delays caused by the airline. Free waiting time is 45 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, counted from the actual landing time.

My group is arriving on separate flights. Can we share a vehicle?

This depends on the arrival times. For passengers arriving within a short window, it may be possible to use one vehicle for the last arrival. However, we recommend booking separate transfers if the flights arrive more than 30 minutes apart to avoid delays for earlier arrivals. Contact us to discuss the best solution for your group.

Cancellations & ChangesCan I cancel my booking?

Yes. Please refer to our terms and conditions for the full cancellation policy. In most cases, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

How do I change my booking?

I have not received my refund. What should I do?

If a refund has been approved, it typically takes 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If this period has passed, contact our team and we will investigate.
